Are these adequate for whitetail/Fallow/Impala size deer and antelope ?

IMO they are, as this is my Go-To bullet in .308 Win.

At the velocity spectrum where usually outstanding accuracy is achieved with this cartridge (2500-2700 fps) they afford me not only outstanding accuracy but good terminal perfomance, also.

I use them on the same sized game animals you've queried, too.

yup

46 grains of IMR 4064 behind a 150 grain Nosler BT while not a maxed out load has proven to be wonderfully accurate and a great killer in every .308 I've tried it in. YMMV.

Shot at 30/06 velocity I found them very precise but too destructive. Destructive bullets however kill them fast, you can't have both benefits at the same time.

Nowadays I shoot 150 grains Partitions from the 2 rifles I have in this caliber. On some occasions the animals run a little bit but always leave a very visible and easy to track blood trail.

Yes. It is one of my loads for my 308.

The 150 BTip is my deer bullet in both a .308 and .30-06. This weekend, my hunting partner killed a 250 lb. feral boar with this bullet from a .30-06; one shot, boar ran 75 yards and keeled over.

Shot my first deer with ballistic tip yesterday. I loaded my sako 20" barrel with 45 gr varget and shot 150# deer at 100 yards, the deer was slightly angling, shot behind near shoulder and it made blood shot on the off shoulder. i rally expected full penetration but there were particles of the bullet in the shoulder. I will pull these bullets and maybe load 165 sierra or 165 accubond, maybe hornady.

I shoot the 150g NBT's from my 308 with just 45g of Varget. Not a real fast load, but very accurate and 3 out of 3 deer fell dead on the spot. You don't need hyper speed to make the NBT work well and with the lighter loads your brass will last longer.

2700 fps and under work very well.

While I personally recomend the 165 as being a better all around bullet in the .308, It would be hard to beat a 150 BT on Impala or other small "big game." I used the 150 when ranges were a tad further as I prefered the trajectory advantage and found performance to be more than adequate.
