Yep, if the case will go all the way into the resizing die. You may also have to change to a different case holder--the geometry of the base is a little different and not all .45ACP holders work (try one for .308).

My favorite load is 26.5 gr H110 with a 200 gr hard cast SWCL bullet or the Speer 200-gr JHC "flying ash tray", ignited by a CCI or Federal large magnum pistol primer. This goes about 1250 fps out of my L.A.R. Grizzly pistols for an IPSC Power Factor of 250,000.
