is it reloadable?
a non reloading friend gave me several hundred brass/plastic hulls today.the headstamp reads-PCA O4 223 REM.they are gray plastic 3/4's the way down.only the last 1/4 of the head is brass.they look to be boxer primed.are they reloadable?

it sounds like you have the fired cases from rubber bullet riot control rounds.

They are a curiosity but worthless for reloading.

Actually, it was developed for the military in .223 and .308.

The military didn't buy it, so it was dumped on the civilian market...
