Has anyone been able to install and launch Winchester's Ballistic Calculator from their webpage?

Last night I installed it, I think. I say that because when I try now, it tells me it is already installed. I can see Microsoft Silverlight in my list of installed programs, but I can't find a way to launch (start) the program. Every way I try to go leads me back to "Install". What am I doing wrong?

Kensco,Wont install for me either. I have windows 7 which lists chrome as the download but it then says, no longer available with chrome.
I use Hornady,easy peasy. .http://www.hornady.com/ballistics-resource/ballistics-calculator.

That is the one. Every time I try to "launch" it, it asks me to install it. When I try to install it, it tells me it is already installed.

might be a cookie problem. go to internet options under the general file choose delete and click the the top box to preserve favorites. delete the cookies. It may remove saved passwords so make sure you have a list of passwords.
Then type in the link at the top and try to open the program again. no gurantee
