Unfortunately Quickload has no data about Vectan Tubal powders, but only for the various Sp (sphericals).

Have a look on HERE you may be able to find some common powders near to yours in burn rate & use that info to work up loads, being sure to start cautiously & work up from low as burn rates are only an approximation at best.

DJM, I've found a 15 years old French reloading manual that carries many TU powders data; let me know which calibers are you interested in.
