Is there anything else (other than H4831sc) out there that will deliver top performance with 30-06 shooting 200gr and 450NE shooting 500gr bullets?

RustyI should think that Norma 203B, aka RL-15, should be useable in both rounds. The 450 NE load should use a foam filler or tuft of Dacron Polyfill.

Absolutely nothing!!! I am getting about .5in groups from the 30-06 with Nos Accubonds. With the 450NE I am getting velocity up to 2590 with 480gr bullets. I am on the bottom end of my 8lb tub and am just looking to try something different.

45-70 shooterDownload the new Hodgdon burn rate chart and you will see many choices. W780 and Hornady SuperPerformance come to mind and both run through a measure far better than any stick powder. Whether they will work for you depends on all the variables associated with a given rifle and load components.
