lady 30/06 loads
I am looking for some light loads to shoot in a nef single shot rifle in 30/06 . The lady can handle 405 gr. bullets out of a 45/70 going about 1300 fps. thanks m_s [Eek!]

Not sure what you're hunting but I load 165's for my daughter's '06 and she has no problem with that in spite of some sensitivity because of a herniated disc in her neck. The load she uses is RL15 and 165 Nosler BT's at pretty near max load.

42-46gr. of H4895 under a 150gr. bullet will give you a mild load.
