300WM is 2.62" long, 300 H&H is 2.85". You can make them from 7STW, 257 STW, 8mm Rem Mag, 358 STA, 375H&H, or 416 Remington.

For grins, I resized one of the cases in a .300 H&H die.

DougH9I would think using 375 H&H brass would be a heck of a lot cheaper and easier that basic brass.
