Where to get cheap blem bullets

I was reading some of the older posts and it was mentioned that you can get bulk lots of the cosmetically flawed bullets for cheap.
I got some a long time ago for a 22-250,paid I think $25 or so for 500.
Two names that got thrown out were Natchez and Lock,Stock & Barrel? Haven't been able to find them on the net..
Does anyone have websites or phones #'s?

Awesome thanks guys!
I am still learning the ins and outs of this 30-06 I have and I really don't want to be spend big $$ on bullets when all I am doing right now is punching paper at 100-200 yds.
