fredj338I use a lot of 7828ssc in my .260ai w/ 120gr & heavier bullets (compressed loads). You may be running out of cap. in the .243 w/ 95gr bullets but worth a try. Pressures should be pretty low w/ a max. charge.

Jay JohnsonMy experience tells me you will have a lot better luck with IMR 4350 or RL22.

sad_cal_nativeI've used it with good success with the Berger 95 VLD in my Savage 26" varmint taper, but better yet is H-1000. Consistent sub 1/2 MOA with 46.1 grains, Remington brass and Fed 210 M primers.

seafire/B17GNosler Manual Number 3 listed a load of 47.5 grains of IMR 7828 and a 95/100 grain Nosler at 3250 fps...
They dropped it a little in their later manuals, Number 4....
But I have used it and never had problems...
with the short cut available now in 7828, I would revisit it again...
cheers
