Sorry not to include this one with the original question (https://forums.accuratereloading.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/2511043/m/3211035741), but I thought those who know more than me might think it's old news and not read it-- rookie mistake on my part.

Rehashing a little:
I'm loading 124 gr. Hornady Jacketed hollow points (#35571 XP/XTP) and using 4.5 grains of Unique which is the Lyman reloading Guide's recommended starting amount that type of powder when using this bullet. You guys really helped me on the overall length question, but I should have added this: When I'm seating the bullet for my 1.075" (give or take a thousandth) OAL cartridge, the bullet is coming very close to the top of the powder and I think compressing it just a bit. When I shake a bullet, I do not hear any loose powder. I sure don't want to find out if I have a pressure issue the hard way. What do you guys think? Will be shooting a Glock. See Pics:

If its the recommended starting load then I think that is smart to start there.

I know I would never be able to hear powder in a 9mm case and would just follow the guidelines as far a starting and max loads for that powder and bullet.

A powder that is a fluffy as Unique, and in such a small amount, you will never hear rattle.
Now a rifle case that's only 80% filled with a "stick" powder you will hear, and the same level of "ball" powder you can feel "slosh around" in the case.
