H4350, sierra PH 100g for 25-06

I should be embarrassed I'm too cheap to buy the manual but these are the only Sierras I have and I'd like to know if someone has load data. I'm seeing from 50-55g of H4350 for 100g bullets. Just wanting to know what the bullet maker says.
