yumastepsideBallistic programs
I've been thinking about getting one of those Ballistic programs for my computer....as I'm not really a computer person, I'd like some advice on what to get.
I'm assuming its something you buy on-line. As most of the information I'm looking for will be about developing a load for a wildcat, what are your recommendations ?? I think my computer's a Windows 10....maybe

DavidReedApplied Ballistics. It has the best eco system that integrates with other devices (Kestrel, Leica…).

DavidReedAfter reading your post again I see where you mentioned developing load data for a wildcat, are you looking for an exterior ballistic app like the aforementioned Applied Ballistics or something like Quickload or Gordon’s reloading tool?

yukoncatAlthough I recommend the Quickload program, I do with some hesitation because you do have to have some basic to midlevel computer savvy to understand it. The installation can be somewhat cumbersome so you might want to employ someone to help you with that part. Then I would recommend reading the tutorials front to back and go view the online videos. It's a blast to do "what ifs" with this program and provided you do your part, it's been my experience to be real accurate. If I could learn it, anyone can.
