Unless things have changed, if it is a simple case change then Clymer can be the easiest.
Also worth checking out what Saeed has done. A mate of mine has just done a 25/300 Win with JGS reamer and has RCBS dies. That was easy as Saeed had already been down that road with both JGS and RCBS.
What are you thinking of doing?

I had them do a 416/404 reamer for me, and I was pleased. They are not fast, but they are good. Ku-dude

So I took a magmum case (I use the 6.5 Rem. Mags) and made it 2.000" long. The neck is .300" everything else is standard except the chamber drawing. That makes the cartridge chamber on the shoulder.
It holds about 51 gr. of IMR 7828 and pushes a 88 gr bullet at 3200 fps. For varmints I use the 60 gr Sierra HP. It's built on a pre 64 M-70 with a 26" SS bbl. I made up loading data using a computer program and a program that Davis gave me.
It shot two shot groups into almost one hole. After that the groups would walk. The stock is just the standard one and the bbl was contoured to fit the stock.
The drawings were made by a friend who is a very skilled engineer and also a rifleman. Cylmer said the drawings (not the design) were among the best he has seen.
The bbl is shot out now. I think I will have it recut a thread or two this winter.
At this point, the most economical source for decent dies is C-H. RCBS will make dies if they are furnished several fired and fully-expanded cases from the wildcat chamber, but somewhat more expensively than C-H.
Wildcatting is fun, but each step needs to be thought-through before being taken.
That is quite close to necking down a 300 Dakota.
If you send exactly what was in your post to Clymer, they will do it for you.

what i'm after is a modern verson of the 264win mag. i'm gona keep the 264's 2.5" length but in a RUM size case with a 35* shoulder and a .300" neck length.
i want to shoot the VLD bullets 140gr and up.
i'd like to get 3250-3300fps from a 155gr VLD bullet. or 3400 from a 140gr hunting bullet.
