My biggest troubles were with the R/P nickel 25-06 hulls. The adhesion wasn't as good,as in the other cartridges mentioned. I lost the plating on about 30% of those hulls,when forming.
A pard had a poor batch of R/P nickel Hornet brass,as well.
I really like the looks of nickel,especially when used in conjunction with a blue X bullet.
But I'm starting to abandon it's use..........

P.O. Ackley's Manual refers to lubing the case prior to fire-forming; do you use this method?
