I just got off the phone with RCBS.
Very polite English speaking ladies directing my call and taking my order. I needed several parts for my RCBS automatic priming tool that I misplaced (AKA lost). She said, I'm sending this out as warranty so no charge for anything.
I have to say, feels good to be treated like that!

RapidrobRCBS has always stood by their products. Many years ago I bought my first die set for .30 Carbine. When you placed a bullet in the case mouth it fell to the bottom of the case.
I called RCBS and they replaced the die and threw in a few packs of decapping pins for my trouble.

B L O'ConnorRCBS has been gracious and prompt in handling a few minor problems I've had. The problems were of my own making and I was willing to pay for a couple of new parts. They just took my address and sent me the parts.
Those RCBS people are top-notch. They not only stand behind their products, they go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ray BI've had very good fresults dealing with RCBS- I just wish they would make bullet moulds for .338 & .424" cast bullets.
