sam184Need Advice!
How is priv partisan and fiocchi 223 rem brass for reloading or do you get what you pay for? Looking for any advice.

thecanadianI have heard of quality control issues with the priv partisan brass before. I have used priv partisan range brass before with no issues. I have found that the current stuff is a bit thin and a great deal of deviation in weight from piece to piece. I dont think I would ever use it for bench or hunting but for plinking, its not bad.

craigsterI have quite a bit of Fiocchi that I picked up at my club range. Flash holes for the most part are off center.

Bren7X64Found Fiocchi .223 brass had very undersized primer pockets - it was a pain.
And it wasn't crimped military brass.
I run the gfi [fiocchi] brass through my pocket swager and it takes primers just fine, same as pmc and federal.

I guess I've just been lucky with both.
Slightly small (not crimped) primer pockets are just fine with me.
