BriceQuality brass
I received 100 rounds of Nosler 25-06 brass yesterday and ran some measurements on a sample. Wow!
Weight variation: <2 grains
Total Indicated Runout: <.002"
Length variation: <.001"
This is better than most of the Lapua brass I've used, and far better than Federal, Remchester, etc.
The price was just over a buck each, about the same as Lapua. I got it from Sinclair International, which is now owned by Brownell's. Service from both companies is excellent.

BaxterBI actually thought Nosler brass was 'select' Norma. Are they actually making it themselves?

PaulHI've had 6 neck splits out of a 100 from nosler brass over the course of last years shooting. None had over 3 reloadings and not high intensity either.
That being said, I still like the brass, however.

BriceI doubt that Nosler makes their own, and Norma is a pretty good guess for source. Regarding split necks, I have no idea of the brass make-up, but I am surprised. I use a lot of Norma brass and never had a problem.
