I would have to agree that there would appear to be some utility in this concept, but the quality control issues give me the shivers!

If you would like, I could put a topic to rate transactions with other users...kind of like gunbroker.com or ebay feedback. Please let me know if that idea interests you. I really feel this site will be useful to the reloading community and want to make it everything that I can to fill this void.
