6.5 x 284 max case length

How long can the cases stretch until I need to trim them back?

What is the difference between 6.5x284 Norma and the 6.5x284 Winchester?

The reason for the question is that my Nosler book only has the loading information for the Norma. I have a Cooper (I bought used) and it only has 6.5x284 stamped on the side. I assume mine is a Winchester...???
