Is anyone else out there trying to buy paper ammo box's from Midway and are told month after month to try back later? Can these be purchased anywhere else?

Ted. I was just on MidwayUSA's web page. Looked at their current sale flier. They had the cardboard boxes and styrofoam inserts listed as "on sale". Don't know if the have them, but it's a new sale flier so I would think they would.

Midway has 'em on sale, alright - in quantities of 500 only. And that's for the box w/o insert. The required styrofoam inserts are available in quantities of 600 + only.

Searching on the old item number for, say, 25, turns up a page with the comment that it's a 'seasonal item' or sumsuch and presently out of stock. Comments in earlier threads on this site suggest this is not a new situation.

I too would like to know of an alternative source for these or similar boxes.

Someone posted a link on here not too long ago about a different source for cardboard ammo boxes. I think it was Ole' Joe but, I'm not sure. Shoot him a PM and maybe he can help you out.

I seen the sale flier myself and called them they dont have any. Call back next month please.

they have trays and boxes in the april flyer. page 30.
