Isn't Hornady making .450-400 3-inch dies?

I can't find these dies listed on their Web site, yet Grafs says they are currently out of stock, which suggests they might have at least had some. Has Hornady released them yet, or are we still stuck with ridiculously expensive RCBS dies or the cheaper ones from 4D?
