.338 Winchester and 225 gr TSX
I just recieved a care package from Midsouth. Included within are the 225 gr Barnes TSX I ordered. I've loaded a batch with 77.0gr RL-22. Any other suggestions? I'd love to get 2900 fps with some degree of accuracy in my Pre-64 M-70.

My Ruger .338 shoots 225 gr. TSX's over 71 gr. IMR 4350 at 2855 fps. I use Federal 215 primers and the best part is that my best group was .36 in. This load routinely shoots .5-.7 in. in that gun.

I'm with Geronemo, I've used 71.0grs of IMR-4350 with several different 225gr bullets. I would of course start out a little lower but IMR-4350 is the first powder I try in 338 Win Mag. RL-22 is probably the second.......DJ
