Which is the best Bullistic software program?

I was wondering is there a bullistic soft ware program out there head and shoulders above all others?
I am strongly considering buying a 35P, and if I do I want a soft ware program that will conculate for me the performance paramiters of the bullet/powdwer combo at various ranges for bullet drop, POI, my best sitght in range, as well as if I sight in at say 3 inches high at 100yrds, what will my POI be at 400yrds?

Exbal I have the version sold by Nightforce. The Exbal program allows the use of multiple B.C.'s as well as sight in conditions and field conditions for comparison in trajectory between the two as wellas ballistic reticle anallasis. GREAT PROGRAM
