belawStatus of 300 H&H brass?
When 300 H&H brass started becoming scarce about 2 years everyone assumed that it was just a matter of waiting until Winchester or Remington made their next "seasonal run" of the stuff. Now most vendors don't even list it on their websites and new brass is selling for $1.50 - $2.00 a piece on eBay!
Have Winchester and Remington permanently dropped 300 H&H from their brass lineup?

buckeyeshooterword on the forums is that it has been dropped by both winchester and remington. Nosler is said to be putting it into production sometime this year. Expect it to be expensive from them but great quality. You can always make your own by reforming from 300 weatherby or 7mm STW cases if you reload.

vapodogbuy quickly when it comes available as it's likely to be bought up by hoarders.

Well, "expensive" is relative- Nosler brass sells for about $50 for 50 pieces.... which is HALF of the current price that Winchester brass is selling for!
I have a hundred pieces of WW brass that I've been holding on to for a 300 H&H project that is just dragging along; I'm thinking about selling it on eBay and then buying 200 pieces of Nosler brass when it comes out.

ElCaballeroIs Federal still loading the 300 H&H? I was thinking of going this way and just shooting some and them reloading. I have about 75 pieces of new Winchester.

DavidReedGrafs already has a listing for the Nosler .300 H&H brass, though it's not in stock yet. And their charging a mere $73 per 50 pieces!

DavidReedFederal still lists it in their catalogue and I've had pretty good results with their brass. Enough so that I wouldn't hesitate to use it again. Besides you can buy their loaded ammo for the same price as some of the empty brass is going for.

buckeyeshooterBelaw,
I have also seen the Nosler brass at $73.00. I consider that expensive. I would have no problem with it around $1.00 per case.

thunder stickI talked to Huntingtons, they said they have 100,000 pcs. coming at the end of July from Remington.
A lot of the older caliber brass is now becoming "seasonal" from the manufactures and they only run lots a certain time of the year.
