jsrHodgdon has one on their site at
http://www.hodgdon.com/data/general/burnratechart.phpAs they say its to be used as a "general" guideline.
"While burning propertys of smokeless powders are controlled by shape size, web structure and chemical composition, the burning rate for all powders is relative.ie,60 grs of H4831 in the 270WCF with a 130gr bullet produces upwards of 51000 CUP at about 3020 fps from a 24 in bbl.A case full of H4831 under a 200 gr bullet in the 350 rem magnum will produce a bout 24000 CUP,2150 fps in a 26 in bbl.The particular rank and placement is determined under controlled laboratory conditions. In the real world these rankings can change, depending on case shape, density of the charge and expansion ratios".If that helps any.
