Old age is a high price to pay for maturity!!! Some never pay and some pay and never reap the reward. Wisdom comes with age! Sometimes age comes alone..

Looks like an intersting set up. I've thought about either pouring lead into my RCBS or mixing lead shot and epoxy to fill the base.

I like how you have raised the scale up off the bench. I did the same thing to make reading a bit better standing up....(I never sit down to work)

Rich, do you hae something mounted infront of or next to your scale or is it just elevated? It looks like there is a bracket coming out from under the scale. Could you post a picture a little further out? I've been playing with mounting the scale with a dispenser and trickler near the pan.

Good thinking
KISS at its best in application
I can see me cloning that concept.

Yet to tip mine over , but it wobbles on its base & has a bad habit of dropping a few extra grains in occasionally as you release the handle, costing a re-weigh.

Thanks. Nice set up. I may do something similar after your ideas.
