Would someone please look up a load for me?

I am still in the process of moving and can't locate my Speer reloading manual. Would one of you please look up the MAX charge of Win. 231 for the 9mm with a 124 grain Gold Dot bullet?

Max load is listed as: 4.5 grains at 998 fps.

Why are you wanting such a mild load? Is this for subsonic reasons?
A real hottie is HS-7 8.9 at 1249 fps, that's a hitter fer sure.
