Here is one recoved from a mule deer shot at +/- 300 yards
The deer was facing me head on and the bullet was recovered laying between the hide and a rear ham.

My load is 62 gr of H4831. It has laid low 4 deer this fall with pretty dramatic tissue damage. No bullet recoveries yet. Good Hunting "D"
