I just bought a 50 Beowolf carbine, The magazine artical sain there test gun shot 3/4" mine shoots 4". Anyone with experance with this new cartridge.

The .50 Beowulf is a Gawd-awful conversion for the M-16. It is a rebated rim case blown out to .50 caliber. Supposedly sends 325 grain bullets downrange at 1900 FPS and 400 grainers at 1800 FPS.

Alexander Arms "claims" 3/4" accuracy with the 400's.

And I have a bridge in New York I wanna sell you also...

This is interesting information. I was getting serious about ordering an upper for my AR-15, but if they are that inaccurate, I will save my money. Steve, do you feel the same for the 458 SOCOM?
