Kudos for RCBS
I have a bench top priming tool that is so old it has the original RCBS green wrinkle paint on it.
It was missing the large primer seating punch. I discovered the current RCBS ram prime and bench top primer (with primer feed) uses similar looking punches. A quick phone call and a new priming punch was on it's way.

The first time I needed help from RCBS was 1975.
Every time including 5 or 6 more time between now and then RCBS has always responded with new parts and no charge. They set a high standard for everyone in the industry.

I've had nothing but good experience with RCBS customer service. Lots of others out there that could take a lesson. Lee is another Company that responds to their customers.

Isn't it great to do business with a company that takes 'Customer Service' seriously. Funny how most of those type companies have products that rarely need service.

I've had good luck with RCBS Customer Service also.
I have found that they stock brass when most of the other suppliers are out of it. So if you are looking for brass and having trouble finding it, you might check with RCBS.

Perhaps because it's Monday morning, but could you please direct us to where RCBS actually sells cartridge brass. I can't seem to find any. Thanks, DMB.

I am wondering if "DMB" is referring to www.huntingtons.com as the source of brass instead of the actual RCBS site.

I've never dealt with Huntingtons. How do they give RCBS customer service?

And I suppose DMB COULD have been referring to Sinclair or Graf's or Midway which also sell RCBS products and cartridge brass. Does one also get RCBS customer service from them?

IMO most companies in the firearms arena are good in customer service. Hornady is excellent as well and Marlin is superb!

I must say however that RCBS sets the "gold" standard!

Fred Huntington was the founder of RCBS before he sold it to Omark. He was then created Huntington's with his sons, IIRC.

Thay are probably the largest RCBS distributor as well as a number of other products and lines.

I don't believe they are directly responsible or involved with RCBS product warranty or customer service other than what is associated with their sales.

Very good service and they stock a lot of the special order dies and parts as well.

Check out their website.

Also Huntingtons is next door to RCBS. If they don't have something in stock, they can walk over to RCBS and pick it up. Again, great people giving great customer service. Wink

I did. I now have them bookmarked. But I don't usually order from left coast companies unless I'm in dire need. Coast to coast shipping fees usually kill any other price savings.
