making 9mm Mak bulllets
This might be more appro. in DIY or bullet making.
My reloader engineer friend, has made a tool to make 9mm mak .365 bullets out of 40 cal bullets.

He has this tubular thing that lines up the bullet base first, then pushes it over a smaller sharp ended tube that "shaves" the diameter down to .365.
He looses the wax ring and grooves.
But apparently the velocity is slow enough for plinking he said it doesn't lead up.
Also mentioned moly coating them.

I asked why make 9's out of 40's why not buy.
he's cheap and has about 10k or more of old corroded lead 40's

I'll have to get a pic of his shaving tool.
must be something like a resizer for cast bullets.

I suppose when there's a will there's a way.
