Danny Payhornady 155 grain A max 0,30 caliber?

If you have expeince with this bullet on hunting please tell me about it.

<Gunnerdog>My thought is this: If you are hunting, use something other than a target bullet. The A-Max bullet is not the best of designs for most hunting applications. If you want to use a Hornady bullet, try the SST or the Interbond.

shootawaytried the sst and report that it came to pieces in a simple non stressing situation.

<Styled>Ive tryed the Amax 155 out of a 300winmag @ around 3250fps. Taken a nice 4 point white tail through the vitals at 300-325 yards, bullet did not exit and exploded the vitals. Deer died on the spot not taking a step, very impressive. Now if i would have hit any where other the the vitals say good by to the meat. Dont use this bullet on game other the coyotes, or targets. The Amax 155 and the Seirra MK 175 are very accurate in my rifle.
