<bigcountry>Swift Reloading Manual
Hey would someone help me out with a load for my 300RUM. Nosler recommends 88gr-92gr of H1000 for their 200gr. bullet. Barnes X recommends 80-83gr of H1000 for thier 200grain bullets. But I am loading for swift 200gr A-Frame. I heard they build more pressure than the Nosler's and Sierra's. Could someone with the new Swift manuel point me to thier recommendations for H1000 and retumbo? I shot this weekend 85gr-89gr with not much trouble but it kicked like a bear for some reason compared to 200gr factory loads. My most accurate load was 89gr with 1.0" groups at 200 yards but wanted someone to verify before I went further.

<bigcountry>Thanks a bunch. I guess I wasn't even close to max load. One more thing, what was their COL? Reason I ask, is I tryed something new yesterday with great results. I was loading at 3.625" COL and never could find a load to give less than 5" groups at 200 yards. So I pushed the bullet down to 3.520" and crimped and got several 1" groups at 200 yards. Very cool.
Thanks for the info.

Frank NowakowskiThere is no COL shown for the individual bullet weights, other than a max of 3.60".
with Reloader 25: 81.8 gr = 2546 fps
MAX is 88.0 gr =3053 fps with 88% density.
Reloader 22 is shown as a MAX of 86.0 grs at 3031 fps, 86% load density
