Who Sales Military Surplus Powder?

quite a differance in prices for Mil.Sur. powder in just the few places i've checked. who do you buy from? were you happy with the service and the product? do you use pull down powder or just over stock?

I have used jeff and some others they all have given me good service I have brought overstock and pulled down. Both have worked just fine I shop for price and type what gives be both I buy.
