never had this happen before

.270 wsm gun seating depth measures 2.095

max OAL for .270wsm is: 2.086

how far would you seat bullet

bullet: 130g TTSX

I seriously doubt that a .009" difference in overall length is meaningful unless it doesn't fit. If it fits and shoots good that's all that matters in your hunting rifle. beerroger

Here something from Barnes on seating the TTSX.
"
Barnes recommends initially seating bullets 0.050" off the lands. Best accuracy will be found from 0.030" to 0.070" depending on the rifle"
