What's wrong with 55's? Most factory rifles in 22/250 and several other calibers chose 1/14 because it flat worked. 5gr. of bullet weight don't mean much. Get yourself a box of #1360 Sierra's and don't look back.

Can't help you with a 60 gr. My interarms didn't care for them. However 52 & 55grs loved RL15.

As usual just my $.02

If the twist is fast enough for 60gr'ers;

1. H-380
2. Win. 760
3. H-4350

Start low and work up.
As I recall, I was able to get high 3500 fps. in my Lilja 24" barrel.

May not be something you want to consider, but built 22-250 several years ago for long range match shooting and used 8 twist barrel and 69-80gr Sierra bullets. Very, very, accurate combo.
Put some 2600 rounds through it before accuracy dropped off. Lots of fellow shooters scoffed at it, but my scores usually ended the conversation.
