Oldcoyote.375 Weatherby Dies
I am starting to reload and know nothing. Have found the following at Midway:
Full-length 2 die set Redding $65 (no neck size offered by Redding)
Neck-size only die RCBS special order 90 days $93 (2 die neck size set is about $50 more but is also special order)
I presume that I need both full-length and neck-size. I tried Lock Stock, Midsouth and Natchez with no luck. At Natchez I had trouble finding ANYTHING in dies.
Should I get the 3 Midway dies - Redding full-length and RCBS Neck-size? Suggestions?
Thank you
Oldcoyote,
I have used the Redding 2-die set exclusively, and have never needed anything else. Start there and get a neck-size die later if you really must.
You could deal directly with Redding and get the third die later. Grab that two-die Redding set first, and whatever else you want later.
www.redding-reloading.comBest cartridge in the world for practicality, so good on you.
You can even shoot crappy old .375 H&H factory loads in a .375 Wby, and slow the H&H down to super lethality like Kevin Robertson likes.
