bartscheDP2200 and the .222

A short time ago someone was looking for .222 loading information using Data Powder 2200. These are today's results.
Rifle-CZ 527, in .222 light weight barrel, RP cases, 200 primer, 22.6 grains DP 2200.
40gr. FBHP Berger, oal=2.175", mild, 2964 to 3026 fps., 3 shot 1" group @ 200 yds. ,Great!
50gr. Rem. psp.,oal=2.170", 3085 to 3109 fps., some soot, mild, 3 shot 3/8" group @ 50yds. Dead on at 200yds.
50gr. fbhp. Berger, oal=2.175", mild, some soot, 3018 to 3078 fps., 5 shot .200" group @ 50 yds. 4 shot 1" group at 200yds a little wind picked up.
52gr. FBHP. Berger, oal=2.181", mild some soot, 3063 to 3120 fps., ------ 5 shot .100" group @ 50 yds. FANTASTIC @ 225 yds. 7 shot 1" group wind up just a little more.
And this from a rifle just a year and a half ago I was calling a POS. Humble pie and Black feathers are in order I'd say.
I hope who ever was looking for this finds this usefull.

craigsterRoger,
2200 works great in both of my 222's. I use 21.5grs under Rem 50gr PLHP's with 7 1/2 primers. Very small groups at 100yds are the rule rather than the exception.

Bob jrHi Bartsche,
What was the reason for calling the CZ-527 a POS a couple of years ago? I don't own one, just curious. Were you implying it was the powder or the rifle it self?
What kind of groups were you getting two years ago?
I have been using IMR 4198 in my Sako .222 for years with pretty good results, but lately have been looking to try something else.
Thanks, Bob

Out of the box it really was POS.
