For 150 grain I prefer IMR3031 in my .308 followed closely by IMR4064. I began using Varget and it looks excellent so far too. It may become a favorite too.

Does anybody have a good load for 150 grain Sierra Spizers? They will be used in a bolt action rifle with a 1-11 barrel twist and 22"long barrel. Any help would be appreciated.

We need to know what cartridge in order to answer this question.

If it's a 30/06, I've had excellent results with 52 or 53 grains (53 is max, so don't start there -- work up to it) of IMR 4064 with 150 gr. bullets. Winchester or Remington brass, any non-magnum primer (Rem 9 1/2, Winchester WLR, CCI 200).
