Reloading manuals are a good start,quite a few are even downloaded/FREE!!!

Heider; the out of the box ammo,concerning their powder,I dont think they{compagnies] WILL TELL YOU THEIR FORMULA.The others components {incuding others powders} ; you will find them in reloading books...
