30-06 to .270
Are there any pros or cons when resizing new 30-06 brass to .270 ??? This brass will be used in a BAR .270............Thanks

AFAIK the only con is you're limited to full length sizing as it will be used in an semi auto.

run the .30-06 brass through the .270 die and make ammo....simple...it has worked for me many times

Your case necks will thicken a bit & in a tight chamber will cause some problems.

They also come up a tiny bit short but after a few firings, they'll be the right length, if they haven't separated before that.
