chadrkudos to RCBS
I had the chabce to go to the NRA convention on sunday in Pittsburgh. It was the most complete gun show I have ever been to. I stopped at the RCBS booth to ask about replacing the depriming pin, expander ball and the threaded shank that holds them into the housing on my 7STW dies. I wasn't looking for freebees, just looking for info on were I could buy them without replacing the whole die set. The rep reached below the counter and handed me the parts I was looking for. When I asked him whst I owed him, he said nothing, that it was covered. He didn't even want the broken parts. That is some kind of service.

shootinOKI second that (or is that third)
I have received excellent service from RCBS. It has inspired me to purchase almost exclusively RCBS products ever since.
I appreciate a company with the attitude towards their customers like they have.

HerrBergI had the same problem with my .222Rem and 7x57 dies. I sent an email and told them there was no panic situation yet since I could scavenge parts from my .308 dies and still reload.
Air express mail to Sweden, I got THREE complete rods/expanders/pins in .224, .30 and 7mm, as well as 5 extra pins, in my mail some 4 days after.
We don't have that customer service anywhere on our side of the pond. Please tell me RCBS are outstanding also from your standards
