In 1982, a friend gave me a new Lyman Case Trimmer. After 27 years of use, and I use it a lot, the case locking cam had worn to the point cases wouldn't lock into position. I emailed Lyman and asked that it be fixed, regardless of cost. Two weeks after sending it in, I got it back, totally rebuilt with new parts on all worn surfaces, all at no charge.
To thank them, I made a contribution to the NRA-ILA.
