Serria matchking vs gameking ogive

Hopefully just a quick answer for a quick question.

Is the ogive on the matchkings the same as the gamekings?

Assuming that the caliber in question is a .30, if you have a smaller caliber case laying around (270, 25-06, 243), take the neck of the case and slide it over the tip of both MK and GK bullets, measuring the distance from the base to the case mouth and see if they are the same distance. If the measurements are realively close, the olgives should be similar.

Many of the gks are a 6 and most of the mks are 7 and 8 with some of the newer ones even higher.
Mikes method is a good quick way to test.
