FLORA66Lapua bullets?
What is the opinion on lapua bullets, specifically lockbase 150gr .308 and the scenar and scenar silver in 6MM 105 and 6.5MM 123?

EXPRESSVery good. Unfortunatly I can only tell you about the .308 silver molys, although it is safe to say that they are among the most accurate bullates availiable before going to the custom BR bullet makers.

trgMy experience with lapua is with the 30cal 167gr
and the 6.5mm 139gr.
Both these bullet types showed almost perfect weight uniformity and slightly better accuracy than the matchking.

<Patrick_D>I have used the 123gr scenar in my 6.5x55. Superb accurtacy and also very economical. Depends what you intend to use them for - Lapua used to list them as suitable for thin-skinned game, but don't any more. As they are not strickly speaking expanding, could pose more of a risk for ricochets when used in the field. However, I do know of people who use them on deer.
