Ol` JoeGraf & son sells Norma powders.
I don`t think you`ll be able to copy Normas ammo though.
The ammo companies don`t use canister powders, They blend their own to meet their needs, and it can change at any given time. They may even use Winchester, VV, ect powders in place of their own if they preform as required and are available.

mhoAs Ol'Joe said, it probably won't be as easy as just pulling a bullet from your factory ammo and measuring how much powder was in the case. But, if you know what bullet (and in particular what bullet weight) shoots well in your rifle, you are already off to a head start. If it was me, I would get the bullet type you like from the factory ammo - most Norma bullets are available as components. Additionally (or alternatively, depending on whether you can find the Norma bullet), I'd get 1-2 other bullets of comparable weight. Then look in the manuals and start making a decision on powder, you could include a Norma powder if you like, it just might do the trick. All basic load development - with its joys and frustrations

Fritz KrautTry to post a question to support@norma.cc They are quite helpful, and I think they can tell you how to load that bullet.

<eldeguello>I have no idea what/whose powders Norma may be using these days in their factory ammo, but at one time they published a reloading guide in which they gave loads using their powders, cases, bullets and primers that supposedly exactly duplicated their factory loads. This info aLso included pressures! This info might stll be available from Norma. It's worth asking them if it is available.
