StonecreekAccurate, like any non-manufacturing powder supplier, buys the powders it markets from the best available source. While powders it is currently stocking in its inventory may very well come from the old Olin plant in St. Marks, Florida, any change in market conditions, supplies, exchange rates, etc. might send it back to the Czech Republic, Israel, Australia, or other locations for supplies.
To the extent that its rifle powders will be coming from St. Marks, then they will be powders with basic specs like the WC- military series, the WW- sporting rifle series, and the H- series of clones from Hodgdon, all standard powders from St. Marks. It is also possible to have an "off speed" batch of one of these powders which will be marketed as totally different.
