I have problems with it, I sent it back for warranty work, and was screwed twice. they just say "no problem" and return it, to communication, no warning, no nothing. at $50 per return trip, I can't afford their "lifetime warranty."

don't place any reliance on the warranty, as it has a minimum cost of $50 (fedex overnight shipping).
