bulbwerks458 lott brass
How good is Honady brass? I'm a big fan of Norma brass but was thinking of using the Hornady for purely practice. Full power load developement and hunting would still be done with Norma brass.

SteveI love it. It's all I use and never had a single issue. Comes annealed and is pretty sexy.

bulbwerksHow does the capacity compare to the Norma?

SteveDon't know. The only other brass that I have for it is some BELL. Haven't measured either.
But then again I'm not trying to move the bullet too fast. I use Varget and am going about 2220 fps with 500grn Swift A-Frames. Don't have the powder amount here.
2220 fps seems to me to be where the Lott was intended to play at and I'm not too compressed (if at all).

SteveJust found the powder weight. 80.5 of Varget.

bulbwerksThanks will definately give it a try. Just bought a 458 Lott ruger on Sunday and am getting itchy to shoot it.
